Technical Rigor: As an HFI-Certified Usability Analyst with an M.S. in Interaction Design, I apply scientific methodologies to solve high-friction bottlenecks in Finance (Discover) and Logistics (Cognizant). Future-Ready Craft: I proactively integrate AI-augmented workflows to automate documentation and accelerate prototyping, allowing more time for deep problem-solving.
